Procedure for enrollment

To ensure that the enrollment process goes smoothly for you and your child, we’ll walk through the following steps together:

  1. Please contact us to schedule an initial consultation at
    +43 512 56 3333 (office hours Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.), via the contact form below, or by email: office@kindervilla.info
  2. Following the informational meeting, we will send you the registration form.
  3. Enrollment for the Kindervilla (Kinderkrippe and Kindergarten) for the 2027–28 school year begins on October 19, 2026. After the in-person initial consultation, you can enroll your child with us. Please bring the following documents with you:
    • Birth certificate
    • Proof of citizenship
    • Residence registration form
    • Security deposit in cash
    • Photo
  4. Upon enrollment, you will receive written confirmation that your child’s spot has been secured.
  5. An informational parents’ evening will take place in June 2027 — you will receive an invitation in plenty of time.
